Generally we ship inside 7 working days.

Returning or Exchanging goods from ye olde Cosmosis shoppe.

Please click here to contact ye olde Cosmosis shoppe Customer Service if you need to return a product purchased from our online store, you will then be provided with instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that we do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind.

Faulty, mis-bound, or shipped in error items may be returned for refund or exchange with proof of purchase.

DVDs and other items shipped sealed or shrink-wrapped must be returned in original sealed / shrink-wrapped condition if you are requesting a change-of-mind exchange. If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please click here to notify ye olde Cosmosis shoppe Customer Service within 30 days and follow their instructions for returns.

The cost of returning any product to ye olde Cosmosis shoppe is your responsibility. In the event we have made a mistake, the item is not as described, or the product is mis-bound or faulty we will refund reasonable return freight costs.

We will make every effort to process items returned to ye olde Cosmosis shoppe online store within 3 business days of receipt at our online office and we generally issue a PayPal refund and ship your replacement item within 7 days.
